Criss Moving provides moving, delivery, and labor services in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area. Services include residential moving, apartment moving, furniture moving, loading/unloading, and junk removal.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided via WhatsApp, phone, or our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on actual move conditions such as:
- Actual volume and weight of items
- Stairs, long carries, or difficult access
- Additional services requested on move day
You will be informed of any changes before we proceed.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Moves are scheduled based on availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Having your belongings ready and packed before the scheduled move (unless packing services were requested)
- Providing accurate information about the move (addresses, stairs, large items, etc.)
- Ensuring clear access to both pickup and delivery locations
5. Liability & Damages
We take every precaution to handle your belongings with care. However, moving involves inherent risks. In the event of damage, please notify our team immediately on the day of the move so we can address it. We are not responsible for items that are improperly packed by the customer or for pre-existing damage.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and other payment methods as discussed at the time of booking.
